Chef Christian formerly resided and worked in Saint Lucia managing the 7th Heaven Bakery at the IGY Marina in Rodney Bay, Gros Islet. He currently lives in Neuchâtel in Switzerland, having moved back from Saint Lucia to manage his family bakery alongside his brother. They jointly manage a team of twenty six workers. "The challenge with COVID." he sharess "is splitting the team and maintaining everyone's safety.
