Speaking of mentors, Chef Orlando like several other evolved successful businessmen, understands the value of influencers. From the Top Caribbean Chef's perspective, influencers aren't always external. Through his unique life experience, his mother has been his biggest motivator and propellant toward his expansion into the man he currently is - not just on a personal level, but also as a business person. "My mom has greatly influenced me from a child, through observing her in the kitchen and was a key foundational catalyst in me manifesting my dream," he shared.
